Why do I need a co-host?

Short-term rental investing is not passive. It's often said that it's 20x more work to manage a short-term rental than a long-term rental.

Whether this is a second home for your family or strictly an investment property that produces an income stream, homes need care and attention. Working with a professional will give you peace of mind that everything will be cared for and ready when you or your guest come visit.

What are your fees?

We start at 20% of gross revenue and have a $199 per month retainer/tech fee that also includes monthly advertising. This gives us the flexibility to continue to market your property year-round and stay on top of all the new cutting-edge technology. We don't nickel and dime every little thing, part of our services is a monthly handyman check to change air filters, bulbs, tighten doorknobs, cabinets, etc.

Which area's do you service?

Currently we manage properties in the Florida Panhandle and Branson, MO, but we will travel anywhere to make local connections and contacts to manage your property to the highest level possible.

What's your set up?

Every set up is different- We offer full design and set up on a brand new lisiting, or we can redecorate and make adjustments to your current design if its needed. Cost varies based on needs
